SB International Grocery

At SB International Grocery, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Expired Items

  • A 100% refund will be issued if you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged during delivery.

  • Refunds will also be provided for damaged or expired products if sent accidentally, even though we carefully verify expiration dates before dispatch.

Returns for Non-Food Items

If you are not satisfied with a non-food item, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Return Timeline

    • Items must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery.

    • Customers must provide a valid tracking number once the return is shipped.

  2. Condition of Item

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale.

  3. Shipping & Fees

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 3% credit card transaction fee.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Food Items

  • All food items are final sale.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on food products.

Shipping Address Responsibility & Returned Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Reshipment Requests

  • If you request the order to be reshipped to the correct address, you will be responsible only for the actual reshipment cost, which typically ranges from $8–$18, depending on package size and destination.

  • Our free shipping on orders over $59 applies to the original shipment only and does not cover reshipments resulting from address errors.
