We strive to process and ship orders quickly and accurately. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $59 (within the contiguous U.S.).

  • Shipping charges for orders below $59 are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping applies to the original shipment only.

Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable, including free-shipping promotions.

  • Returned orders due to address errors must be reordered if the customer wishes to receive the items again.

Delivery Issues

  • SB International Grocery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information once an order has shipped.

Food Items

  • Due to the nature of food products, food items cannot be returned once shipped.
