A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $59 (within the contiguous U.S.).

Shipping charges for orders below $59 are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping applies to the original shipment only.
Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, including free-shipping promotions.

Returned orders due to address errors must be reordered if the customer wishes to receive the items again.
Delivery Issues

SB International Grocery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information once an order has shipped.
Food Items

Due to the nature of food products, food items cannot be returned once shipped.
